This was an amazing night for me.  I appreciate every one that came out in making my first solo exhibition a major success.  This event was a milestone in my artistic career.  If you are ever in the Bay Area, please feel free to stop by the John Pence Gallery.

Eight more days until my art solo art exhibition at the John Pence Gallery.  The excitement is building with each day.

"Carla" in progress

This is a new portrait in progress.  It's a small painting measuring only 8 x 6 inches.  I just started painting in the background today, and I hope I find time tomorrow to work on it.  Unfortunately, this painting will not be going to my exhibition at the John Pence Gallery due to time.  In the future, I hope it will grace the walls of the gallery.

"Sound Man" along with two other paintings are being shipped off tomorrow to the John Pence Gallery.  I'm looking forward to seeing them all on display for my solo exhibition next month.  It has been a wonderful journey preparing for my show, and I hope to have many more at this prestigious gallery.
