Michael at the John Pence Gallery

Michael, a former student of mine at Latin School, came to the John Pence Gallery to check out my artwork.  I still remember teaching him when he was in 6th grade.

This is one of my paintings in progress.  The figure is almost life size, but I am still trying to work out the composition.

Now that the days are shorter, I don't get much north light in the studio.  My studio, however, is still a great place to work at the end of the day.
