New Painting

This is the first stage of my new figure painting. A young girls sitting in a creature design studio thinking of a new monster for a movie. It's about 24 x 18 inches and it's oil on panel.

Thanos in progress

I thought I would try my hand at some sculpting.  One of my favorite villains in the Marvel Universe is Thanos. He is such a cool figure and I look forward to developing my sculpture over the next few weeks.

John Pence Gallery

If you are in the Bay area, please check out the Figures and Interiors exhibition at the John Pence Gallery.  The opening reception is tonight from 6 -8 p.m. I have two paintings on display that will share the wall with a host of exquisite paintings by other artists.

"Preparation"

My new painting "Preparation" will be in the Figures and Interior Exhibition at the John Pence Gallery.  The artist reception is on November 20 from 6 to 8 pm.  If you are in San Francisco at that time, I hope you can make to the show.  The exhibition will be up until December 19.

Still Life/Floral Exhibition at the John Pence Gallery

I had a great time at the opening reception at the John Pence Gallery.  The art was outstanding, and it was great reconnecting with the artists and meeting new ones.

I'm really excited for tonight's artist reception at the John Pence Gallery. I felt like a kid in a candy store looking at all of the awesome painting in the Still Life and Floral Exhibition. Looking forward to reconnecting with the artists and taking lots of photos of the evening. If you are in San Francisco today, the reception is from 6:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m.
